1. A single signal color is the safest. Under normal circumstances, a single signal warning tone is more obvious. As a barricade light, we suggest not to have too many colors, which will easily disturb the drivers visually.
2. The working temperature of the barricade flashing lights. In order to be able to play a role in practical applications, the general selection requirements for barricade light are at a high temperature of +80°C or a low temperature of -40°C, and under the condition of a relative humidity of ≤95%, the signal light can still work normally.
3. Service life. Under normal circumstances, the life of LED barricade light is as high as 50,000 hours, while the life of ordinary incandescent lamps is very short. Regardless of actual use or cost, LED barricade light is a more suitable choice.
4. Electrical safety performance. The first involves insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between live parts and the shell is greater than 10MΩ. The second relates to the dielectric strength: a 1440V test voltage is applied between the live parts and the shell, and no flashover and breakdown will occur.
5. Technical performance requirements. Generally, we require the entire working voltage: AC220V±10%, the entire power is less than 15W, and its brightness and chromaticity meet the relevant regulations of the national standard GB14887.
6. Low power consumption. Using LED as a light source form, this light source form is very different from traditional light sources. LED barricade light consumes less energy.
